The developments of the history in women in education. How has this area grown and changed despite tremendous odds and oppression? I feel it’s important to highlight how integral this part of history on education for women with your girls, so that they continue to be truly inspired by the women before us and have in mind to fight for the rights of education for girls worldwide. IWD isn’t just a day about celebrating the wonderful tribe that we have in our lives, it’s about remembering how the strong, rebellious women that came before us who fought for our voices to be heard, fought for equality, acceptance and the right to be free. Stand proud because we are WOMAN!
